 1. Almost 70% of for sale by owners (FSBOs) end up by putting their property with an estate agent within two months.
 2. More than 12% of FSBOs will NEVER sell their home.
 3. More than 80% of FSBOs will have to resort to outside help, such as an agent or realtor.
