The Property Description section is as it says, a description of your property. There is no restriction on the length of your description so you can put a lot of information here but don't overdo it or you will bore your visitors.

Don't forget hat buyers want to know what your home is like: is it safe for pets and kids and does is have the perfect garden for summer parties?'

Use short sentences and short paragraphs. If you are not comfortable writing the description enlist a friend to do it for you.

It is highly recommended that your first write your Description, Additional Information and Owners Comments in a text editor such as Microsoft Word®. Using a text editor it is much easier to check for typos, spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.

Once you have finished in word, save your document as a text file , close your document and reopen the text file you just saved.

Adjust paragraphs to ensure you have a line between each paragraph, copy and paste into the Description, Additional Information and Owners Comments box as appropriate.
