Before you start to take photos give your house a thorough spring clean and get rid of as much clutter as possible. No one wants to see dirty shirts hanging off doors and old newspapers strewn around.

If you are not happy about taking the photos get someone who is practiced at taking interior photos, even a professional.

You will need to take plenty of digital photos your house, gardens and views. Give potential buyers a good idea of what your property looks like from inside and out, and from various angles. You can upload many different images, so if you have great view from the master-bedroom or a manicured exotic garden, don't forget to snap it.

Each additional photo increases the chances of interest in your property, so we recommend taking as many as you can.
